BODY TECH IBERIA, S.L. is the entity responsible for the website www.bootech.eu (hereinafter, the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Website, as well as the services and products offered by BODY TECH IBERIA, S.L. (hereinafter, "BOOTECH"), with VAT ID B56769052 and registered address at Calle Capellanía 42, Moralzarzal, Madrid (28411).

Requirements:
The products offered by BOOTECH are only available to users over 18 years old. Orders can be placed from any European country through the purchase form available on the website.

Warranty and Technical Services:
In accordance with current legislation in Spain and the European Union, BOOTECH products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any non-conformity or manufacturing defect in the product.
In case a defect is detected, the customer must contact BOOTECH’s technical service to assess whether the product can be repaired or, if necessary, replaced. In any case, the repair or replacement process will be free of charge for the customer within the warranty period.
Warranty exclusions: Components subject to normal wear and tear, such as batteries, are excluded from the warranty, unless the wear is due to a manufacturing defect.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of any part of the equipment, including but not limited to: the remote control, hoses, charger, and other accessories. Improper use will be considered any handling contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, unauthorized modifications, or the use of components for purposes other than those recommended.
Prices:
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include taxes and shipping costs, which will be detailed before confirming the purchase.
Discount codes:
BOOTECH may offer discount codes to its users, which must be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by BOOTECH. The use of discount codes may not be compatible with certain promotions.
5. Information about BOOTECH products and services
The images and descriptions of products on the website are illustrative and may not exactly reflect the final product. BOOTECH is not responsible for minor differences in the visual presentation of the product.
6. Exchange and return policy
Exchange conditions:
Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in perfect condition. BOOTECH covers shipping costs within Spain, while outside the country, in the rest of Europe, the customer must bear the full shipping costs for the return.

All communications between BOOTECH and the user related to orders will be made in writing, preferably via email.
17. Language
In case of discrepancies, the Spanish version of these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

19. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by Spanish law, and any disputes will be resolved before the courts of Madrid, except in the case of consumers, in which case the jurisdiction of the consumer’s domicile will apply.
