Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Information

• Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
• Standard shipping: Free for all orders (Delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Preparation time: Order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
• Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days from shipment, depending on location.
  
  
• Europe (outside Spain):
• Standard shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over 99€.
• Shipping cost for orders under 99€: 19,99€.
• Preparation time: Order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
• Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days from shipment, depending on destination.
  
  

2. Delivery Terms and Conditions
   • Orders processed before 14:00h: Will be shipped the same business day.
   • Orders processed after 14:00h: Will be shipped the next business day.
   • Holidays and weekends: Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.
     
     
     
3. General Terms and Conditions
   • Delivery: Delivery shall be deemed to have been made when the carrier makes the products available to the customer and the customer signs the delivery document. The customer must check the products upon receipt and note any incident on the delivery document.
   • Payment terms: Orders will be shipped once payment has been confirmed. In the case of payments by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until the amount has been reflected in our account.
     
     
     
4. Warehouse Pickup
   • Warehouse pick-up option: Customers may choose to pick up their order directly from our warehouse. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the transportation and insurance of the goods. It is necessary to respect the timetable for order preparation and pick-up (Please consult in advance).
