This Professional Massage Gun with Heat gives a fabulous massage. It gets deep into my sore muscles, or can be used a little gentler for a more relaxing experience. It is fairly intuitive to operate, and my grandson enjoys using on my back. It feels great, but can get pretty force, if your not careful. The design is a bit awkward to use in some areas, hence the four stars. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with it.The massager comes very nicely packaged, with lots of attachments, is rechargeable, and the charge lasts for a long time. It would make a great gift for the sports enthusiast in your life, yourself, or anyone else who enjoys a wonderful massage. Highly recommended!

The Bootech massage gun is a no nonsense device to massage your body with mechanical pounding for therapeutic purposes. It has four intensity levels of which I can only tolerate the lowest setting. I cannot image the person who can tolerate the highest setting. I theorize that this setting is only used on cattle farms in the process to produce Weygu beef. The controls are simple but off-putting. No English is printed so they resort to hieroglyphics. After playing around with it a while, the controls become apparent.The massage unit is heavy with a smooth finish. Within the handle are the rechargeable batteries. Recharging is via a USB-C port. A full charge lasts a fair amount of time. The head pivots through 90° and is useful to access different body parts. The heating accessory is very nice. The product comes with several massage heads. Which ones to use is a mystery as the User Guide is quiet on the subject. So too is the Bootech website which makes no mention of accessory use. I surmise that the Bootech is for PROFESSIONALS who already know which head to use on a certain muscle group.The massager comes with a nice zippered storage bag. All the massage heads fit in this bag. The outer box has good presentation value so the Bootech is giftable. But I would be careful, as this massager is not for widespread use.I give the Bootech a B+ rating, as it is a good product. Buyers should be wary of its overpowering capability.

Comes with this a nice hard case for travel and its own charging block. It's already 77 % charged when you get it which is nice, although you do have to charge the heated attachment. Easy to figure out how to use, but instructions provided can be vague on how to use or what to use the device for. Only down side is its pretty heavy, I dont think I'd enjoy holding it for over a half hour so maybe not the best for people with arthritis or weak wrists. Easy to see the charge status on the heat piece and device itself and everything comes neatly arranged in the carrying case. Great for relaxing muscles that are sore or help with old injuries related to joints.

I feel like this massage gun is geared towards serious athletes, not the casual "oh, I have a slightly sore back" user like myself. It is POWERFUL. Too powerful for me even on the lowest setting. It is really nice though.Pros:-Quiet operation-I really like the massage head that heats up.-Appears to be very well made. It is heavy and sturdy.-Love that it's rechargeable and has a long battery life.-The carrying case is a nice feature.Cons:-I wish the lowest setting could go even lower. This was too powerful for me even on the lowest setting.-The instruction manual that this comes with is pretty useless. There is no explanation of what the different modes do, how to rotate the arm of the device, etc. In fact, the manual seems to be mostly about not messing with the battery. You can find a description of the different modes on this listing but not in the instruction manual.-Maybe it is common sense to the person this is really geared towards, but for a novice like myself, a quick description of what each of the attachments could be used for would be very helpful.Overall, this works great. I'm not deducting a star for the actual product as I think it will work very well to the proper consumer, but I am deducting a star for the lack of information in the instruction manual. If they could just make it have the option of a little less power, I would be really happy with it.

The Bootech deep muscle massager is extremely strong and powerful. I do a lot physical work and I also have back issues, so I thought this would be great to relax my muscles. It comes in a very nicely made storage case with a charger, USB C cord, instruction booklet and attachments. It has 8 attachments total, that are all different shapes and sizes and 1 of those is heated.The massager has 4 modes. The first one you can adjust the level but the other 3 are pre-programmed. You can easily adjust the arm to position it for different areas of the body.I have only been able to use this on the lowest setting and that was even a little bit much. I found it okay on my legs, but It was a little bit too much for other areas of my body. Even on the lowest setting I had to be careful, because if I didn't position it correctly, it would just bounce on my skin. It definitely takes some getting used to because it is so strong. This definitely seems like a professional massage gun rather than one for a beginner. It is a little bit heavy, so if using for a long period of time your hand may get tired.I do think this is a very nicely made and sturdy massager but it is a little powerful for my needs. I would have liked if I could turn it down a little bit more than the lowest setting. That would have been perfect for me. The charge seems to last a while and I like all the attachments it comes with. If you are looking for a strong, powerful massager that's built well then I would definitely recommend this one.
